No prior experience required—we provide full training and mentorship. What You'll Do Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events, pop-up locations, and promotional sites Speak with the public about charitable missions, current initiatives, and fundraising goals Build donor support through friendly, professional conversations Learn fundraising, communication, and customer engagement strategies Assist with campaign setup, event coordination, and daily operations Track interactions and results to support campaign growth Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face Coachable with a willingness to learn Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented Team player with strong work ethic Full-time availability preferred (Including weekends) Able to travel locally Comfortable working face to face
