Job Description
AVN - Mgmt is hiring an Entry Level AT&T Team Member to help customers explore AT&T Fiber internet solutions. In this role, you'll connect with customers, answer questions, and help them find the services that best fit their needs. No experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member Engage directly with customers to assess their internet needs and introduce AT&T Fiber solutions. Build positive relationships with customers and recommend services that best fit their household or business needs. Explain AT&T Fiber products, features, and promotions in a simple and easy-to-understand way. Assist customers with account setup and service enrollment while ensuring a smooth experience. Follow up with customers, answer questions, and provide additional support when needed. Work closely with team members, maintain accurate customer records, and contribute to team goals. Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member Interest in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles; previous experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn product information quickly and confidently present solutions to customers. Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally and develop sales expertise.
