Full Job Description Sandwich Maker Duties:

• Baking
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer orders
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
• Slice, chop, and prepare ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers,and ovens
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions is a plus
• Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred
