Position Overview We're hiring a Shipping Team Member to support daily warehouse operations including picking and pulling orders, stocking inventory, creating shipping labels, and preparing orders for shipment. This is fast-paced, hands-on work that requires attention to detail, urgency, and consistency. You'll play a major role in making sure customers receive the right products quickly and accurately. What You'll Be Doing Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently Package and prepare shipments for daily carrier pickups Create shipping labels and verify order accuracy Stock and organize warehouse inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Assist with receiving inventory and general warehouse operations Support the team wherever needed to keep operations moving What We're Looking For Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred Strong attention to detail — mistakes cost time and money Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 30-50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every day Self-starter who takes ownership and works without constant supervision Positive attitude and team-first mentality
