In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment and assist them with their orders. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing change as needed. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Uphold health and safety regulations within the food industry to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Work as a team or in a solo environment Skills Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is highly desirable. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive customer interactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
