Responsibilities Include:

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Load materials and secure workpieces for machining Perform inspections using calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools Verify part quality and ensure specifications are met Complete production records and work order documentation Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping Support team members and assist with operator training Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Maintain a safe and organized work environment What You Bring Required Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of machining techniques and CNC operating procedures Experience using precision measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic to intermediate math skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Flexibility to work overtime when needed Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or machining experience in a production environment Technical, vocational, or trade school training 5 Axis machine experience, including set-up and operation Haas, Doosan hands-on experience What It's Like Working Here At The Gund Company, we believe great products are built by great people.
