Come join the MADNESS! Teriyaki Madness Whittier is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our team. Our FOH Team Members are a big part of the guest experience. We're looking for people who enjoy interacting with customers, bring a positive attitude to work, and are ready to work as part of a fast-paced team. Restaurant experience is a plus, but it's not required. We can teach you the job—we're looking for people who are dependable, friendly, willing to learn, and ready to work.

What You'll Do:

Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take customer orders accurately using our point-of-sale system Answer menu questions and help guests with their orders Handle cash and electronic payments accurately Assemble and check orders for quality and accuracy Keep the front counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized Restock supplies and complete assigned side work Help resolve basic customer concerns Work together with BOH and other team members to keep orders moving Help create a great experience that keeps customers coming back

What We're Looking For:

Friendly and outgoing personality Positive attitude Reliable and punctual Strong customer service skills Good communication skills Quick learner who takes direction well Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized Able to stand for extended periods Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
