Duties Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, organizing ingredients, and adhering to food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and accurately process cash transactions Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, ovens, refrigerators, and food prep tools Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu options, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow health regulations diligently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing sales accurately Retail or café experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for food industry roles is essential Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where great food meets exceptional service!
