WoodGrain is a busy neighborhood bagel shop, and we're looking for a friendly, energetic person to join our Boulder team full-time. You'll be right in the middle of the action—welcoming our regulars, helping guests build their perfect breakfast or lunch, keeping orders moving and making sure everyone leaves a little happier than when they walked in. Best part? Monday-Friday. No nights. No weekends. What You'll Do Welcome guests and bring great energy to the restaurant. Help guests navigate the menu and find their new favorite bagel. Keep the line moving with fast, friendly and accurate service. Make coffee and beverages. Package orders and make sure everything looks great before it goes out. Keep the shop stocked, clean and ready for the next rush. Jump in wherever your team needs you. Get to know our regulars—and probably their orders too. Who We're Looking For You genuinely like people. You're friendly, upbeat and comfortable talking with guests. You show up on time and ready to work. You move quickly and stay organized when things get busy. You're a team player who notices what needs to be done and jumps in. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred. And yes, loving bagels definitely helps.
