Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are essential. You will be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the food trailer. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including Square POS or cash register. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, adhering to food handling and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout your shift. Responsible for closing tasks as reviewing inventory, cashier closing and full cleaning at the end of the shift. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
