This is primarily a back-of-house position focused on preparing sandwiches, breakfast items, and ingredients while keeping the kitchen and prep areas clean and organized. Responsibilities Prepare breakfast and lunch sandwiches according to our menu Prep meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, and other ingredients Keep the sandwich and prep stations stocked and ready Follow portion sizes and recipes for consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Help with general kitchen prep and restocking Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch periods What We're Looking For Reliable and able to show up on time Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow recipes and instructions Clean and organized Able to work independently when needed Food service or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
