Job Overview We're looking for energetic, outgoing Crew Members who enjoy interacting with people and helping drive sales. This role is perfect for someone who loves customer engagement, promoting products, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere while making smoothies and açaí bowls. Responsibilities Prepare smoothies and açaí bowls quickly and accurately Actively engage customers by offering free samples outside the store Invite guests into the store and promote featured items Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons to increase sales Provide friendly, confident customer service Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Support the team during peak hours Requirements Sales-minded, outgoing personality Comfortable approaching and talking to customers Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Food service experience a plus, but not required Join us in creating the best tasting smoothies and the most delicious açaí bowls that delight our customers!
