Role:
As a Navigator, you'll be the right-hand teammate to your truck's crew lead (Sales Lead or Sr. Sales Lead). You'll assist in physical removals, ensure efficient navigation and communication, and help deliver top-tier customer experiences. This is a trainee-level position with opportunities to level up fast. Navigators are expected to be reliable, hardworking, and motivated to learn.
Responsibilities:
Ride along and support your crew lead during junk removal jobs Load and unload heavy items (50+ lbs) safely and efficiently Navigate GPS routes and assist with directions when needed Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers on-site Follow all safety protocols and procedures during jobs Assist with sorting, recycling, and proper disposal Keep the truck and job sites clean and organized Learn the ropes with the goal of growing into a Lead role
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old (required for insurance) Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day Great communication and customer service skills Team-first mentality — we win together Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous labor or customer service experience is a plus Valid ID (Driver's License preferred)
Compensation:
Hourly Pay:
Starting at $13/hr
Commission:
Up to 2% of truck revenue, 1% < $2.5k and 2% > $2.5k
Tips:
Pooled and split evenly among crew members

Clear path to Sales Lead (with increased pay + commission tiers)

Role Evolution:
Job duties and responsibilities may be adjusted or expanded as needed to support business operations, employee development, and training opportunities, provided such changes are consistent with the employee's role, skills, and applicable compensation.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
