We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience. This isn't just a cashier position—you're the first impression every customer has when they walk through our doors. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, help them navigate our menu, accurately take orders, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Responsibilities Welcome and greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Educate customers on our menu and daily specials. Accurately take customer orders and process cash and credit card transactions. Maintain excellent order accuracy and attention to detail. Deliver food to guests when needed and check that they have everything they need. Keep the front of house clean, organized, and inviting. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly. Help create an outstanding experience for every customer from start to finish. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. Communicates clearly and professionally. Remains calm and patient during busy rushes. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy. Is proficient in basic math and cash handling. Is reliable, dependable, punctual, and accountable. Brings a positive attitude and works well as part of a team. Can remain on their feet throughout an active shift. Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience required. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
