Job Summary Join our team as a Sandwich Artist and Prep Worker, where you'll play a vital role in creating fresh, delicious sandwiches and ensuring a clean, efficient workspace. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us serve high-quality food while maintaining safety standards and operational excellence. Duties Prepare fresh ingredients, assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, ovens, toasters, and food prep tools safely and efficiently Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments accurately, and manage retail sales transactions Uphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices at all times Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experience Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary expertise while delivering outstanding service in a lively environment.
