Danny Kay's Deli & Market at 361 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, FL 33469 Part-Time or Full-Time Pay $18.00+ per hour, based on experience PLUS tips. Our team also shares tips, which currently average an additional $8-$9 per hour, making total hourly earnings significantly higher for most team members. About Us Danny Kay's is a family owned neighborhood deli focused on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming environment for both our customers and our team. We take pride in making high-quality sandwiches, fresh prepared foods, and providing an experience that keeps people coming back. We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Position We're looking for a versatile team member who can help with both front-of-house sandwich making and back-of-house prep. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day, but we're also open to candidates whose strengths are primarily in one area. What You'll Do Depending on the day's needs, your responsibilities may include: Preparing sandwiches to order with consistency and attention to detail Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service Answering menu questions and assisting guests with their orders Preparing ingredients and completing daily food prep Portioning, stocking, and organizing products Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Working efficiently during busy lunch service Supporting your teammates wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers but is equally happy working behind the scenes in the kitchen when needed.
