Retirees looking to stay active and engaged Stay-at-home parents seeking flexible daytime hours College students Gig workers looking for supplemental income Anyone who enjoys organizing, helping others, and working with the senior community What You'll Do No two days are the same! Depending on the project, you may assist with: Online Auctions & Estate Sales Organize, sort, and prepare items for online auctions Photograph items using our easy-to-use CTBids mobile app Research and write descriptions for antiques, collectibles, and unique items Help ensure organized and efficient buyer pickup days Packing & Relocation Services Carefully pack, label, and organize household belongings Help prepare homes for moving Treat clients' belongings with care, dignity, and respect Home Clean-Out Services Sort items for donation, sale, recycling, or disposal Help organize donations and remove unwanted items Leave homes clean, organized, and ready for their next chapter We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
Compassionate, dependable, and enjoys helping others Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile apps Able to lift approximately 30 pounds and remain active throughout the day Flexible, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team Experience in senior transitions, estate sales, antiques, or resale is a plus—but it's not required. We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What We Offer Starting pay:
