We're looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented team members to join our crew. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with opportunities to work in multiple departments — including kitchen, warehouse, shipping, cleaning, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Adaptable Team Support:
Assist in various areas of production, shipping, or cleaning based on daily operational needs.
Training & Growth:
Learn and master new skills and processes across multiple departments with a positive, teachable attitude.
Equipment & Facility Care:
Operate and maintain production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and responsibly.
Product Quality:
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product consistency, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
Shipping & Fulfillment:
Package, label, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Inventory & Organization:
Help track, organize, and restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures in all areas of the facility.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and uphold a positive, team-oriented culture.
Technology Use:
Utilize basic digital tools and software systems (such as Odoo, QuickBooks, or shipping platforms) for production tracking, inventory logging, and shipping coordination.
Reliability & Consistency:
Arrive on time, maintain focus, and complete assigned tasks with care and accuracy.
