$14/hr + tips Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic team member to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting delicious bubble tea beverages, Asian snacks/food and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. Your role will involve engaging with customers, preparing drinks and food and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Must be 18 years old and above . Must have flexible availability for full-time or part-time position . Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages and food according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, including equipment, workstations, and public spaces. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Square POS if applicable. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Engage in sales techniques to promote special offers or new menu items to enhance customer experience. Skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to assist customers with inquiries and provide helpful recommendations. Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Sales skills to promote products effectively while enhancing customer satisfaction.
