Hours of Operation:

Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat

• 7:30AM to 3:30PM & Sun 8:00 to 3:00 (Closed Mondays & Tuesdays).

• Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist with food and coffee preparation and ensure food is presented in an appealing manner
• Manage and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
• Assist the kitchen when needed
• Closing duties: Mopping floor & cleaning dishes

• Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Proficiency in using Square POS system or similar software (We will train)
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and handling cash transactions
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
