2-3 days per week About the role Luna's Italian Cuisine is looking for a friendly, reliable Go Window Crew member to join our team part-time. You'll be the face of the restaurant for guests picking up orders at the window — greeting customers, handling payments, and making sure every order goes out correctly and with a smile. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly at the window and provide friendly, efficient service Take and process payments accurately (cash, card, mobile pay) Verify orders for accuracy before handing them to customers Communicate with kitchen staff to relay order details and timing Keep the window area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies Handle customer questions or concerns, escalating to a manager when needed Follow food safety and handling guidelines Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Prior customer service or restaurant experience a plus, but not required Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling cash and basic point-of-sale systems Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including some evenings/weekends What we offer Flexible part-time schedule (2-3 days/week) Friendly, family-style team environment Employee meal discounts
