Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash register operations and retail sales transactions Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff, including basic food handling and operating kitchen equipment Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service knowledge Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen equipment operation Experience in retail sales transactions and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Join us in delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in a lively, supportive environment. Pay:
