Job Description

Role Overview The QC Team member will be under general supervision to perform QC tests as required by following sampling instructions to evaluate products in various stages of completion. The QC team member helps perform investigations/analysis of problems, and assists with implementing countermeasures, while minimizing impacts to production. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by employing 5S principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) Perform product inspections and quality testing Collect samples according to work instructions Record inspection and test results accurately Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions Monitor compliance with quality standards and procedures Support continuous improvement and 5S activities Reports nonconforming materials and products Maintain quality records and documentation
AUTHORITYSCOPE
This role operates within defined corporate policies and procedures and exercises judgment appropriate to its level of responsibility. The position may influence decisions related to functional operations, processes, or recommendations and escalate matters as required

Required EducationExperience:

Detail Cleanliness Flexibility Safety Preferred EducationExperience:
1-3 years of mechanical inspection experience preferred. Automotive manufacturing experience Good understanding of how production equipment works Ability to detect potential problems with machinery Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures

None Working Conditions :
100% on production floor Extensive walking and standing on the production line/floor Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Team based working environment Required to always wear PPE correctly
Shift:
Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift
