Back of House Team Member Chick-fil-A at Iowa State Memorial Union | Ames, IA Opening Fall 2026 Be part of the founding team. We're opening a new Chick-fil-A location in the Memorial Union this fall, and we're looking for applicants who want to be part of something from the beginning — not just another campus job, but a place where you'll be known, where you'll make real friendships, and where you'll be remembered as one of the people who built this. What you'll do: As a Back of House Team Member, you're the engine that keeps everything running. You'll prep ingredients, cook food to Chick-fil-A's recipe, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and keep the line stocked so your Front of House peers can serve guests quickly and confidently. This isn't a standalone restaurant — it's a food court in the heart of campus. The pace is fast, the menu is focused, and the work requires attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in doing things right — even when no one but your team sees it.
