We are an emergency restoration company specializing in commercial and residential water, fire, and mold disaster recovery . When disaster strikes, our customers are often dealing with some of the most stressful situations they have ever experienced. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and has excellent interpersonal skills . Restoration experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Primary Responsibilities Perform water, fire, mold, and other restoration services as assigned Follow established production guidelines and company procedures Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, management, and other team members Ensure customer needs and expectations are being met throughout the project Identify potential safety hazards and establish appropriate safety measures Protect the safety of customers, occupants, employees, and job sites Set up and monitor drying equipment and other restoration equipment as needed Maintain accurate job documentation and photos Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Clean, maintain, and properly care for company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency restoration situations Position Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Restoration or mitigation experience preferred, but not required IICRC certification preferred, but not required Ability to climb ladders and work
