Job Description
PART-TIME PREP & FOOD TRUCK TEAM MEMBER
— BOISE Calle 75 is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team part-time to help with food prep and food truck events. This position will generally be 15-25 hours per week , with occasional busier weeks of up to approximately 32 hours depending on our event schedule. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized and is willing to jump in wherever needed.Responsibilities include:
Food preparation and portioning Keeping the prep area clean and organized Helping prepare the truck for events Loading, setup and breakdown Working food truck events Helping with inventory and supplies Following recipes, food-safety standards and established prep systems Assisting with keeping our event preparation running smoothly We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable with evenings, weekends and special events Restaurant, catering or food truck experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Room to Grow We're a growing small business, and there may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities as our food truck operation expands. We're looking for someone who is interested in learning our systems and becoming a dependable part of the team long-term.Hours:
15-25 hours/week, with occasional weeks up to 32 hoursSchedule:
