Job Description

This position is accountable for the safe and efficient receiving, unloading and storage of all products, including adherence to first-in, first-out inventory methods, to ensure inventory accuracy and product freshness. This position is a trainee position, designed to lead to employment opportunities, depending upon skills, abilities, and work habits.
R OLE AND R ESPONSIBILITIES
Implement approved Company programs and policies Safely execute accurate unloading, rotation and storage of all products on a timely manner Assist with completing the loading of each truck's refrigerated items (such as kegs) Learn to read and use the product coding for product freshness Assist others on the warehouse team in moving product as necessary Work closely with entire warehouse team to learn the skills and work habits needed to be successful • Practice safe lifting and pulling techniques Participate in cleaning and organizing the warehouse each night SAFETY Due to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high level of continual alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitive position.
Q UALIFICATIONS AND E DUCATION R EQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma/GED
