Hey there, by now you have heard of Jersey Mike's, the fastest growing restaurant brand in the US. Come see what the fuss is all about. Work for the #1 Franchisee in the country. Also, you will make some great money. Starting at a minimum of $16-$17 per hour plus tips (Which average $3.00+ for the year) for crew putting you at close to $19-$20 per hour. We're now hiring crew members; we are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in leading a winning team at our Jersey Mike's store. Responsibilities:
-Strong customer service skills- Training and motivating team members
- Cashier monitoring - managing cash
- Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
- Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
- Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
- Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
- Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
