Responsibilities:

Becoming knowledgeable on coffee, tea, drink preparation, and other products. Supports brand consistency through the delivery of exceptional customer service to all customers. Preparing and serving beverage and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards. Assisting with set-up, clean-up, stockwork, and handling food items. Quickly and accurately prepare beverages, interact with guests, and keep the store clean. Serve beverages that look Great, with no spills Keep work and guest areas clean.

Requirements:

Be able to communicate with co-workers and/or customers. Have a passion for customer service and be solutions-oriented. Reliable in attendance.
