What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll help create a positive experience for our guests by providing friendly, accurate service, preparing and serving food following McDonald's standards, keeping the restaurant clean and organized, and working as part of a team to meet daily goals. Morning crew members help set the pace for the day and support smooth operations during early hours.
