The Position Our Front-of-House team acts as the guest-facing element of guest service, which includes taking orders, managing and bagging to-go orders, bringing food to guests, and curating the experience of all in our space. This position also includes training for our barista position. Responsibilities Welcome and care for customers from ordering at the counter to table service Follow all provided guidelines for various work stations: dining rooms, register, expediter, food line and coffee bar Maintain a clean and orderly work station Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Knowledge of health and safety rules Manual dexterity able to carry various objects, operate order terminal, operate kitchen/barista equipment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. A team player with good communication skills Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure Very good physical condition and endurance
