Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to foster a positive work environment Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant Assist with shift management by coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy periods Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and support ongoing staff development initiatives Requirements Must have manager food handlers or get on within 1st 30 days. Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within the food industry or hospitality management setting Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills essential Knowledge of food safety management practices and inventory control procedures Excellent communication skills for managing staff training, customer interactions, and managerial responsibilities Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory purposes Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Experience in managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiencyJoin us as a Crew Leader to inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and thrive in a lively culinary environment!
