Position Summary:

The Production Team Member supports daily manufacturing operations by producing a quality product while following all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment and machinery. Inspect products for quality and report defects. Package and prepare finished goods for shipment. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

Stand for extended periods. Lift up to 25 pounds. Perform repetitive motions and basic manual tasks.
