Duties Prepare and assemble food items following company standards for quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and ensuring quick turnaround times Assist with cashiering duties including processing payments accurately and providing change using basic math skills Support team members in various restaurant tasks such as food prep, serving customers, or cleaning to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels great experiences!
