Job Overview Stella's Ice Cream Zionsville is looking for positive, friendly, and dependable team members to join our new location! As an Ice Cream Scooper/Team Member, you will welcome customers, serve delicious ice cream and desserts, and help create a fun and memorable experience for every guest. Previous food-service experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and help them select flavors, toppings, and desserts Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, and other treats Prepare cones, shakes, cookies, brownies, and other dessert items Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash and card payments Restock supplies and keep service areas clean and organized Clean and sanitize counters, utensils, equipment, and dining areas Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Work cooperatively with other team members during busy periods Provide friendly and attentive customer service Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Friendly, positive, dependable, and willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers Basic math and cash-handling skills Available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine cleaning tasks Previous customer-service or food-service experience is helpful but not required Pay, Hours, and Benefits $11-$12 per hour, plus tips Approximately 10-20 hours per week Flexible part-time scheduling Paid training One free single scoop on each day worked If you enjoy working with people and creating happy moments through delicious treats, we would love to hear from you!
