Your Day In The Life You'll start on the crew, learning our systems and proving what you've already got. Within weeks, you'll step up as a Crew Leader—running job sites, managing installs, and working directly with homeowners and contractors. You'll still be on the tools, but you'll also be in charge. The Details:

Pay:

$25/hr starting base + performance pay (top crew leaders earn up to $50/hr)

Benefits:

Paid holidays (after 90 days), vacation (after 1 year), 401(k) match, health insurance stipend

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm typical hours, with flexibility based on project needs

Location:

Based in Manhattan, KS with travel to local job sites

Requirements:

Experience in the trades: siding, windows, gutters, doors, or similar Comfortable engaging with both homeowners and crew members Leadership qualities or a strong drive to lead Eligible to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable daily transportation to our shop Able to lift 75 lbs safely
