Responsibilities (Crew Member): Crew Members play a key role in delivering excellent food and guest experiences by supporting daily operations in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles. Greet guests and provide friendly, prompt customer service Take orders accurately and handle cash/POS transaction Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen Assist with opening and closing duties Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

No prior experience required for Crew Members. Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs ServeSafe certification (required within a set timeframe for Kitchen Managers)
