Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are met. Buss tables promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Support team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the food industry or quick-service fast food restaurant settings. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in grocery store environments or culinary settings is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential.
