Customer Communication:

Act as a professional brand representative during client drop-offs, handling minor on-site adjustments or special requests.

Safety & Sanitation:

Maintain clean staging and packing areas while strictly adhering to local health codes and ServSafe/food handler guidelines. Responsibilities of Catering Staff:

Consulting with customers about any potential changes before delivery or pick up Transporting food to and from locations Making sure the supplies are well-organized and stocked Providing excellent customer service Preparing food in a healthy and clean kitchen environment Excellent food preparation skills Catering experience is a plus Great attention to detail Good communication and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines A friendly and positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
