In this role, you will be an essential part of our kitchen and food service operations, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and delicious meals. As a Team Member, you will work in a environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Operate cash register and POS system to process customer transactions accurately
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a clean and organized dining area
• Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or retail setting is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamm
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service.
