Job Description

Weatherization Crew Lead Job Summary:

Looking for experienced Weatherization/Insulation foreman to lead a crew. Must have experience leading a team and motivated to create a good experience with clients and team members. Insulation experience not necessary but highly recommended. Local Insulation company who does it all from spray foam, cellulose, fiberglass batt, and insulation removal. Consistent employment, 40 hours a week guaranteed. Advancement opportunities, company funded training, and education is provided.

Weatherization Crew Lead Benefits:

401K with company match available. Vacation time, sick time, and paid holidays too! Must be able to pass a background/CORI check and drug test no THC.
