Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders, handle cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling, bussing tables, and cleaning kitchen equipment. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food preparation activities in a fast-paced environment. Manage cash register operations including processing cash handling accurately and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Support team efforts in food safety management, sanitation, and overall restaurant cleanliness to uphold health standards. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Familiarity with food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with food safety practices, POS systems such as Aloha or Micros, and retail sales transactions is advantageous but not mandatory. Join us today!
