Summary We are seeking a dedicated Deli Associate to join our team at our Supercenter in Brown City. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and serve deli products with attention to quality and presentation. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their orders. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Operate POS systems for transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory management and product restocking. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience. Previous experience in food preparation or deli service is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Ability to operate POS systems efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory. Culinary experience is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Must be over 18 and available nights and weekends.
