Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in the hospitality or food industry.

Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures when handling food items

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus
• Experience in banquet, food service, catering, bartending, dietary aide, or restaurant settings is beneficial

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate transaction processing and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
