Manage customer orders with efficiency using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring smooth transactions. Operate kitchen equipment safely while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food handling practices. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist with food safety management and ensure compliance with all health regulations. Support team members in operating kitchen equipment and managing food preparation tasks efficiently. Contribute to a collaborative environment by supporting other team members during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience with food preparation, handling, and safety protocols within the food industry or restaurant setting is desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations. Customer service experience that demonstrates excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment operation is beneficial.
