Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register system
• Prepare and package food items according to company standards
• Ensure food quality and freshness by following proper food handling and storage procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment is preferred
• Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to upsell products to customers
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation methods
• Proficiency in using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, such as Aloha POS
• Basic understanding of retail math for calculating change and handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with coworkers to ensure efficient operations
