Commercial Snow Management Crew Member - Seasonal Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc Warren, MI Job Details Part-time $21 - $24 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Full Job Description Crew Member Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc., a leader in landscaping and snow/ice management for, is seeking dedicated and skilled crew member for the upcoming 2026 snow season. The ideal candidates will ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations and de-icing services during winter weather for commercial properties only. This is an on-call, weather-dependent role that requires reliability, flexibility, and professionalism. Duties Operate snow shovels, snowblowers and/or salting equipment safely and effectively. Clear snow from sidewalks, city sidewalks, garage fronts for safe access. Apply Calcium Chloride as needed. Respond promptly to changing weather conditions. Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments. Qualifications No experience necessary Clean criminal background Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Reliable transportation to/from work Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend work/Holidays Physically able to handle the workload in all types of weather and have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body (able to lift heavy without needing assistance - at least 50 lbs) Good communication skills
