WB Services is hiring hardworking, dependable, and motivated Snow Removal Crew Members to join our winter maintenance team! We service commercial properties throughout the winter season using company-provided equipment. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on shoveling snow, clearing walkways, and applying ice melt . No previous snow removal experience is required — we will provide the necessary training. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to work when the snow hits and can handle long hours, overnight shifts, weekends, and challenging winter weather conditions. What We're Looking For Hardworking, reliable, and dependable individuals 24/7 availability throughout the snow season , including nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice snow events No previous snow removal experience required Ability to shovel snow, spread ice melt, and perform physical outdoor work Ability to work for extended periods in heavy snow, freezing temperatures, wind, and other difficult weather conditions Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work is required A valid driver's license is a plus and can qualify for up to $23/hour Must be dependable and ready to respond when snow removal operations are needed Position Details Seasonal winter position Company equipment provided Training provided Competitive pay based on experience and responsibilities Drivers with a valid license: up to $23/hour If you're dependable, physically capable, and willing to work when the weather gets tough, we want you on our team!
