Typical hours range from 15-25 hours/week and can grow for a qualified and motivlater candidate Typical candidates that are on time with 100% attendance make over $18/hour including incentives In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and food preparation zones through proper sanitation practices. . Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards within the restaurant environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
