We are a Minneapolis-based company seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our Embroidery Team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality decorated apparel. Position Overview The Embroidery Team Member is responsible for operating embroidery equipment, preparing garments for decoration, and ensuring all stitched designs meet customer and company quality standards. This role supports overall production efficiency while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation

• Operate multi-head and single-head embroidery machines and heat press equipment.
• Load and unload garments according to design placement specifications.
• Thread and re-thread needles, change bobbins, and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Perform daily maintenance and basic repairs on embroidery equipment. Garment Preparation
• Hoop garments using proper backings, stabilizers, and techniques.
• Inspect garments before and after production for flaws or inconsistencies.
• Perform finishing tasks such as trimming threads, steaming, and folding. Quality Assurance
• Monitor stitching for accuracy, alignment, tension, and thread color.
• Identify and report quality concerns or machine issues to the production lead or supervisor. Production Support
• Follow daily production schedules and meet established output goals.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing embroidery supplies.
